How to find VIC Field Notes

VIC Field Notes can be obtained through our map search.

Field Notes can be obtained by navigating to Map Search > Lot/Plan > Insert Plan reference > Survey Reports. For further steps and ease of reference please see below screenshots: 



From here there are two ways you can search for the Field Notes.

You can select Survey Reports and then either select Click (to highlight the lot) or Input (to manually input the plan reference).

Should you choose to select Click the top option should show the required reference. Please then select the preview (page and magnifying icon) on the very right,

Should you choose to Input the reference manually, please do so and you will see this automatically pop up with the preview.



In Input view, please select Report and then Close at the top right corner. 

Note: This view below is the same view when choosing the alternate method of selecting Click.



This will then show the previous screen and we can check the subtotal. At the top, the plan's report should be selected and at the very bottom we should be able to confirm that only the survey report will be purchased. Please continue to refer to the screenshot below:


When ready, we can then select 'Get Selection' (this is to the right of our job reference) to start downloading. This may take a little longer than an instant return, if so you can find this as a PDF in your Purchases once complete.
