Why aren't all AP's imaged

In some cases AP's plans aren't imaged but are referred to in Lassi Spear but not available publicly.

DELWP (in some instances) can provide diagrams (AP sketch) - see below 

AP sketches are stored in canvas bags DELWP warehouse, they’re relatively small and have to be enlarge prior to scanning so they can be read more easily.

There are no plans for any of these sketches to be imaged at least not in the immediate future.

The whereabouts of really old Applications is unknown – DELWP have most from about #15000 onwards. In some cases The Public Records Office in North Melbourne have some AP sketches in storage which have to be ordered by staff from DELWP's Application & Survey Branch.
