Why Title Validation by Lot on Plan and Vol/Fol is not possible

We’re unable to check if a Vol/Fol or Lot/Plan is a valid title in Victoria as this is not an available service provided by Land Use Victoria. It is only possible obtaining a purchase for the Title using the entered detail, resulting in either a Title document purchase or an error.
