Searching for a document has been made easier than ever with our new search by document feature in our purchases tab. To make this even easier and more convenient, we have also optimised the purchases tab for more efficiency when loading your products list.
To access the Document Search filter, navigate to the Purchases Tab and then to Document Search.
Simply input the document detail you wish to search and it will populate with any matches. You will see in the screenshot below I have input my search criteria as 'LP1503'. It has then matched with the Vic Plan and shown the job reference in brackets (Customer Support).
By selecting this Vic Plan, it will then direct you to the next screen that will show more details on this purchased product. As an example, you will see below we can now see a date this was purchased, the user who purchased the Vic Plan and a PDF document available to download.
