Plans amended reports are monthly reports on plans amended in NSW, from the ORG (Office of Registrar General).
You can access the reports on the LRS website.
There are two kinds of reporting for amended reports, one is monthly, and one is all time.
Monthly Reporting:
When this monthly report is uploaded to our system, users who have purchased NSW Plans will be notified via email if any plans they have purchased have appeared in the report. We will check all NSW plans (both DP and SP) you have purchased from us over the years. Please note that we will only check these plans against the report that has been uploaded for the previous month, not all reports.
In the event that we have not found any amended plans in your purchases, we will let you know.
NOTE: If you have purchased a plan more than once, we will only notify you of the most recent purchased plan.
All Time Reporting:
Your organisation administrator will have access to a button from the Admin panel, that allows them to request a report to check all of the organisation's NSW Plans purchases against all NSW Post Lodgement Reports. This report will be emailed to the organisation administrator once requested and may take 10 or more minutes to compile depending on how many purchases your organisation has made over time.
This report includes duplicate purchases.
