NSW Plan Revision Monitoring

Every time you order a NSW plan we save the revision date of the plan.   We then periodically check that revision date and will email you if it changes.   We do this for 6 weeks.  

At any time in the six weeks or after you can perform a check of all plans on a job.   This is designed for your Quality Assurance process when preparing a plan.  You can quickly get a report for all the plans used on a job and check they haven't been altered. 

We list the scan revision date in your list of purchases.

You can check all the plans in a job using the 'Check NSW Plan Scan Times' at the top of the list of purchases for a job.

The Plan Revision Search provides surveyors with the date of the most recent plan image recorded in the NSW LRS Document and Integrated Imaging Management System (DIIMS).   The revision date recorded will generally be a day or two after the plan registration or amendment date.

If you have seen the Plan Revision search in the Utility section of LRS ePlan this service uses the same underlying LRS services but provided a way to monitor all your plan purchased automatically.
