Coloured Version of Plans

The Department of Natural Resources, Mines and Energy can assist in providing colour versions of plans to our office upon request.

We require the Plan to be purchased as a Red plan (DNRME plan) within our system prior to requesting the information from their office. The receipt number is forwarded along with a copy of the black and white plan, including the date the copy was ordered. Generally, plans that have been validated will be returned within 2-3 business days. Simply select the 'Order Colour Copy'   as shown in your purchases.

In some instances, non-imaged plans (un-validated) can take up to 2-4 weeks to be returned to our office, this occurs when the plans haven't been validated by an officer within the DNRME office. 

DNRME has advised that the number of the validated plans is sitting at 60,000. Un-validated plans are sitting at approximately 1,050,000 images. New plans do not go through a validation process, any new plans that are submitted are validated immediately. 

Please be mindful of BUPS and GTP, these types of plans can only be provided in Black and White, no colour versions are available.
