This LandXML file is only available with the purchase of the corresponding plan image registered by NSW Land Registry Services. LandXML files do not constitute a ‘Plan’ for the purposes of Division 3 of Part 23 of the Conveyancing Act 1919 (NSW) or the Strata Schemes Development Act 2015 (NSW) and may contain errors or omissions. All cadastral information must be verified by reference to the corresponding registered plan image.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NSW Land Registry Services, DCS Spatial Services and the Registrar General make no representation and give no warranty or guarantee (express or implied), and will have no liability (nor will any of their employees or agents) in relation to any LandXML file or data included in it (together, “material”), including for any loss, damage, cost or expense incurred or arising by reason of any person using or relying on the material, whether caused by reason of any error, omission or misrepresentation in the material or otherwise. This disclaimer does not attempt or purport to exclude any right, remedy, guarantee or other term which cannot lawfully be excluded, and liability in relation to any such right, remedy, guarantee or other term will be limited to supplying the material again along with the corresponding plan image, or a refund. The benefit of this disclaimer and limitation of liability is held on trust by NSW Land Registry Services, shall inure in all respects to DCS Spatial Services and the Registrar General, and may be fully and effectively enforced by NSW Land Registry Services on behalf of DCS Spatial Services and the Registrar General.
